COVID-19 response: temporary closures

The Government of Alberta has temporarily closed front counters at all Fish and Wildlife offices across the province.

Alberta Parks facilities, including parking lots, are also temporarily closed. For more information, visit the Alberta Parks advisories page.

There are numerous regulations hunters need to be aware of before heading out into the field.

To ensure you follow all the correct licensing requirements, you need have to be aware of regulations pertaining to:

  • Ammunition and weaponry
  • Registration
  • Restricted areas
  • Tagging
  • Vehicle use and more!
